Our chocolate-making journey began with a bit of adversity

After a decade in Canada with my lovely wife, we had just returned to Florida, a place I called home in my teens, when COVID hit just a year later. By the end of the lockdowns we found ourselves with only $300 to our name and a deep desire to do something we could be passionate about, and something that would bring people joy in their day.

Having left behind a successful business in the Financial Services industry that burnt us out and left us feeling unfulfilled, we took our last $300 and started our confections business at a local Flea Market, with handwritten signs and no idea what we were doing, selling a selection of the Zero Added Sugar Candied Nuts we had perfected during lockdowns.

We began traveling around the State three to four days a week, while candying and packaging nuts until the early hours of the morning the rest of the week. Thanks to our amazing and loyal customers, over 10,000 packs of our Candied Nuts sold in 2021, funding our growth and evolution into the  Craft Chocolate Makers we are today.

The leap into Craft Chocolate

Chocolate has always been an integral part of our lives. Childhood memories growing up in Europe of giant Easter Bunnies from the local Chocolatier, to Sunday country drives through Southern Ontario to visit our favorite Chocolatier for some sweet treats.

Our more recent introduction to Craft Chocolate sparked a newfound appreciation for the origins of cacao, the farmers who cultivate it, and the socio-economic implications of cacao farming.

As we delved deeper into the world of Single Origin chocolate and its remarkable flavors, we became fully immersed in the art of Bean-to-Bar chocolate making, and our calling clicked immediately.

Our pursuit of perfection begins with sourcing the most unique and rare cacao beans from around the globe

We then roast, grind, and refine our chocolate in-house to create an incredibly smooth and flavorful chocolate that showcases the natural flavor notes that many people never knew existed in chocolate.

We don’t just make chocolate; we aim to create unforgettable experiences

Every bar is crafted with precision and care, from the selection of beans to the final packaging, each step is a labor of love poured with our hearts into every detail.

Our commitment to sustainability and ethical practices is as important to us as our chocolate

We use Direct Trade cacao beans, sourced directly from farmers and cooperatives to ensure that our beans are responsibly sourced, promoting a brighter future for everyone involved in the cacao supply chain.

Our chocolate is a testament to our passion, dedication, and love for our craft

and we are thrilled to call Orlando our home. Join us on our chocolate-making journey and discover the magic of our handcrafted chocolate. Whether you’re a seasoned connoisseur or a curious explorer, we believe you’ll be blown away.

We’re excited to share our chocolate with you and look forward to seeing you soon!
