71% Umami Matcha

This Filipino cacao bean is unlike anything we’ve ever tasted before and is a bit of a departure from the typical Fruity and/or Nutty notes we tend to like in our chocolate.

With natural notes of smoke, and an interesting umami funk, this cacao delivers on flavor in a big way. On the finish is a smooth grassy note from our high grade Ceremonial Matcha, with almost no bitterness at all throughout the experience.

When we first tried this chocolate we weren’t quite sure how we felt about it. Before we knew it, the entire bar was gone and we were ripping open another package. Perfect for the intrepid adventurers out there, 9/10 of our customers who sample this love it and buy one, or four.
