Ocumare cacao has proven to be one of the nicest chocolate flavors for sipping on. We are really excited to bring this one to our customers! This will be replacing our Colombian sipping chocolate moving forward.
Due to sourcing issues, Fiji is among the hardest regions to get a hold of the past few years. With a natural sweetness in the cacao, this one will make a fantastic “Super Dark” chocolate. It’ll probably be in the 92-95% range when done.
A truly unique cacao grown in Peru. “Blanco” refers to the fact that a large percentage of these cacao beans are physically white (although the chocolate is just brown). It is known as the fruitiest flavored cacao in the world, and has bright notes of red fruits and berries naturally. It is definitely one of our favorites in the Origins Collection!
