To Be Clear... What's Not In Our Chocolate: Soy, Emulsifiers, PGPR, Palm Oil, Artificial Flavors or Colors, Seed Oils, HFCS, Synthetic Chemicals, hidden "processing aids."
Cacao Beans.
Good beans make good chocolate, and bad beans cannot be rescued by fancy equipment or creative flavoring. We refine everything in-house to build the exact flavor profile each origin deserves.
Natural Cacao Butter.
Cacao butter is the fat pressed from cacao beans. Ours comes from the same specialty beans we use in our chocolate, so it actually tastes like cacao. It gives chocolate its clean snap and smooth melt without fillers or chemical processing.
Raw Cane Sugar.
Most sugar is processed to death. Ours isn’t. It’s unrefined, naturally produced, never bleached, never chemically treated, hand-harvested, and grown with care. It keeps the depth of real sugar cane, the way it’s supposed to taste.
Organic A2 Milk. Or Oat Milk.
Better milk makes better chocolate. We work with organic A2/A2 dairy producers who put real attention into animal care. For dairy-free bars, we use oat or tigernut milk with no unnecessary additives.
