Returns
Because chocolate is highly temperature-sensitive, we do not accept physical returns.
If There’s an Issue
We want your chocolate to arrive in great condition. If your order arrives:
- damaged
- melted
- incorrect
- or missing items
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of it.
What We Offer
Depending on the situation, we may provide:
- a replacement shipment
- a store credit
- or a refund
Shipping Address Errors
Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.
Temperature & Delivery Conditions
Chocolate is sensitive to heat. We pack orders based on expected weather conditions along the full shipping route.
Once a package is marked Delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to bring it inside promptly. We are not responsible for damage caused by packages left outside in heat or direct sun after delivery.
If your chocolate softens slightly in transit, allow it to firm up at room temperature in a cool area.
