Shipping policy
Processing Times
Orders typically ship within 2 to 4 business days. During peak periods or limited releases, processing times may be slightly longer. If you need delivery by a specific date, contact us before placing your order and we’ll let you know what’s realistic.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship via UPS and occasionally USPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Chocolate Safe Shipping
Chocolate is sensitive to heat. When temperatures warrant it, we use insulation and ice packs based on weather conditions along the full shipping route.
These measures are designed to protect your order in transit, but chocolate can still soften or develop cosmetic changes depending on conditions.
If your order arrives in poor condition, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we’ll take care of it.
Delivery and Responsibility
Once a package is marked Delivered, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for packages that are:
- Left outside in heat or adverse weather
- Stolen after delivery
- Delayed due to carrier issues
We strongly recommend shipping to a location where the package can be received promptly.
Incorrect Addresses
Orders ship to the exact address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. If you are in Canada, feel free to reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
