What we were thinking
While snacking on malted milk balls, we had the thought: what if this was fruit?
Bite-sized, chocolatey, and built around a crunchy center - but brighter, sharper, and a lot more interesting.
How we did it
Being the gluttons for punishment that we are, we start with organic blueberries and freeze-dry them in-house.
Then we slowly pan them in our signature Chocolate Cherry dark chocolate before finishing each piece with a sweet matcha frosting layer and a satin acacia polish.
The TL;DR
Freeze-dried blueberry center. Cherry dark chocolate. Sweet matcha frosting.
Crunchy, tart, chocolatey, lightly grassy, and ridiculously easy to keep eating.
