Concept
The first bar we made, and still our most popular. Think cherry cordial, but cleaner, darker, and all chocolate. It’s the one people keep coming back for.
Build
Tanzanian cacao defines this bar. Its natural cherry note practically demanded a spotlight. We added tart cherry and Ugandan vanilla to round out the edges, then stepped aside to let the origin speak for itself.
Finish
Elegant, a little sweet, and a little naughty. The kind of bar meant to be shared, but we know better.
