Inspired by slow weekends in southern Spain - horchata de chufa served cold in seaside cafés overlooking the Mediterranean. Creamy, a dash of cinnamon, and a citrus twist.
Build
Traditional tiger nut milk, made from Spain-grown chufa, brings a dairy-free creaminess. Sweet and nutty with an earthy undertone, rounded out by warm cinnamon. Bright notes from Tanzanian cacao keep it light and carry a natural citrus edge.
