What we were thinking
Our Gold Award-winning Spanish Horchata bar already had the right pieces: real chocolate, chufa, and cinnamon. Smooth, lightly nutty, gently spiced, and easy to love.
So we made it drinkable.
How we did it
We make Spanish Horchata Drinking Chocolate with the same foundation as our bar, then crumble it into a format that melts easily into dairy or plant-based milk.
Chufa gives the cup a naturally creamy feel, which makes it especially good with oat milk, almond milk, or whatever you like to use at home.
