70% Florida Straight Bourbon

This 3 Year Old aged Straight Bourbon, distilled right here in Florida, adds an amazing depth of flavor to our Zorzal (Dominican) cacao. Notes of Caramel and Fudge, accompanied by the unmistakable underlying whiskey flavor, and being extremely low on the bitter scale, make this a very easy to eat chocolate.

While having a taste for bourbon helps, it certainly isn’t a prerequisite – this is a fantastic chocolate bar in its own right!
